MELT

 

Shana Lemke is a Hand and Foot MELT Instructor trained directly under the creator of the MELT Method, Sue Hitzmann.  She has been working with adults for over 11 years specifically in balance and strength.  She always felt that there was a "missing link" to strength and balance training especially for the older adult.  Shana was ecstatic to find the MELT method.  She has applied it to her own health issues including chronic leg pain of over 40 years and digestive problems ranging from celiac to candida.  With those issues nearly absent after her own MELT treatment protocol, she is excited to share this "secret" to better health, increased longevity and improved performance.    
I am excited to share with you techniques to reverse the negative effects of aging.
