Thank you so much for today. I always feel confident, but observing your interaction with the participants gives me new strategies for leading the class. The in-service meetings are very valuable for perfecting proper form, but to be in a class with your leadership gives me additional insight for being a creative, inspiring class leader. The gift for me is not only being involved with a program that is incredibly beneficial for a group of people, but also the knowledge, inspiration and dedication to be well that the participants give back. Little did I know, when I reluctantly agreed to participate with Strength for Life, that I wold be the one to receive the most benefits.

Dear Shana,
Nona and I want to thank you for your time and expertise yesterday at Angels Camp (Barbara's not so sure....). We have been walking together - 2 1/2 miles three times a week - for a long time and I have to confess that I return home with a raging backache each time. Yesterday, with the trecking poles, I experienced no pain -- no pain! -- I was amazed. And so thankful. I don't know what Area 12 on aging pays you for these seminars but you are worth every penny -- and more.
Your TV program is great but I have to tell you, you are even better in person.
